Our owners, Jon and Sue Koning are renowned Sunshine Coast restauranteurs for over 40 years. Rod and Tracy Fitzgerald have been in the fishing industry for over 25. Together with their talented Chef, Andrej Kogoj, and career kitchen and wait staff, they provide every piece of the puzzle required to present an exceptional dining experience based on good service, quality ingredients, and inspired cuisine.


Meet the chef

We welcome Andrej to our shores from Solvenia. Training under one of Europe’s best known chefs in one of S. Pellegrino World’s Best 100 restaurants, he learned the importance of working with the freshest of ingredients. Growing up in a family of brilliant cooks, he learned to innovate with these ingredients in an honest and simple way. Lucky for us, this what he brings to our tables.

Chef Andrej and his team are inspired by local export quality seafood chosen daily to accompany the seasonal fresh produce available.
