We wish to thank all those who so generously gave their time and goods to help raise $52,670 for the Red Cross

Established in 2003 by restauranteurs Jon and Sue Koning, Fish On Parkyn at Mooloolaba Wharf continues to be one of the Sunshine Coast's leading restaurants.

Many varieties of reef fish, famous Mooloolaba prawns, swordfish, tuna, scallops, Moreton bay bugs, mud crabs, sand crabs, spanner crabs are available from the wharf adjacent to the restaurant.

Barramundi is flown in fresh from North Queensland, as is the salmon from Tasmania.

Fish is a 170 seat A La Carte seafood restaurant, but also specialises in small to large functions, corporate groups, weddings, and private parties.

A small non seafood menu component including our famous Bendelle duck and eye fillet are always available.

fish on parkyn can accommodate up to 170 guests in one section or can section off a smaller area to facilitate up to 70 guests

We are open 7 days a week.

Lunch is served from 12 noon and dinner from 6pm

We are closed Christmas Day

Fish on Parkyn Sunshine Coast

Head Chef David Hopkins

New Zealand born, Dave moved to Australia in 1997 after completing his formal training in London. He took up a position as Chef de Partie at La Mensa and Belmondo; Stefano Manfredi's sister restaurants. From there to Mezzaluna restaurant at Potts Point. Traveling north in 2001 to Noosa he took up a position as Sous Chef at Lindoni's. It was then in 2003 he joined the team at 'fish on parkyn', taking over the reigns in 2005.     The rest is history..........................

 The return of Simon

Simon joined fish as a 1st year (mature age) apprentice in 2004, moving to work with Gary Skelton at Harvest in late 2006. Now a qualified Chef Simon has returned to the fold. A great talent, we're all very pleased to have him back.

As of November 2008 Simon has assumed the position of Soux Chef - Congratulations on your promotion.

 Shayne Mansfield

After serving his apprenticeship at the renowned Spirit House Restaurant and Gecko's Shayne move to the Gold Coast. He returned the Sunshine Coast in January 2008 to take up the  position as Chef de Partie at fish on parkyn.
